摘 要：低温热水地面辐射采暖方式具有舒适、卫生、节能、不影响室内观感等优点，在我国北方地区的住宅和公共建筑中，应用得越来越广泛。随着低温热水地面辐射采暖系统的普遍应用，一些常见的故障也渐渐显现出来。如个别房间或部位出现不热、过热、地面隆起、塌陷、开裂、渗漏等故障和问题，影响采暖系统的正常使用。

一、设计原因造成的故障
1.设计计算不严谨，造成室温过高
（1）设计温度选取不合理
